You don’t need any additional hardware to control your heat pump using the app. Simply register at www.x-center.systems, request online access to your system, create a new connection profile with your registration details in the app, and off you go.

The x-center Portal

Browser version for controlling your heating system

You can use your customer account to manage information, data, and settings for your heat pump, ventilation system, and other networked devices. Services such as commissioning, remote service, and update services are available via the application.

All settings can be monitored and adjusted while you’re out and about – so you don’t need to be at home if servicing or troubleshooting needs to be performed, for example. This saves time and cuts down on the associated costs.

What does the x-center Portal do?

Check your heat pump at any time using a PC, tablet, or smartphone.
Solve problems quickly by getting online help from your specialist partner or Kermi Service if you need it.
In the case of simple malfunctions or updates, there’s no need for a specialist partner to travel to your premises.
Software updates always ensure your x-center control system is up to date.
