Four different rooms – four different versions: residential ventilation for new builds and renovations

Adequate ventilation several times a day is important for a healthy indoor climate and to prevent mould – but this is often difficult to achieve by opening the windows in everyday life. Residential ventilation systems ensure that air is exchanged as required which is much more convenient and completely automated. That is why they are already fitted as standard in new buildings. However, they can also often be easily retrofitted in existing buildings. Kermi’s wide range of x-well products offers both central and decentralised solutions for a range of different installation situations. Four examples of versions show how typical requirements can be met in new builds and renovations.

Living room inspiration with radiators: “Hot” eye-catchers for the bathroom, kitchen & co.

In the bathroom, design radiators are a classic: They not only warm the room or towels, but are also an integral part of the room design. They also cut a fine figure as practical warmth dispensers in the kitchen, hallway or living area. All Kermi radiators are extremely efficient and provide cosy warmth. With a wide range of colours from subtle to brightly coloured combined with elegant, striking or modest shapes, they underline the character of your personal furnishing style. There is something to suit a wide range of desired looks and heating requirements – including functional details, electrical solutions, and customised products. By the way: Even classic flat radiators and modern heat pump radiators are becoming eye-catchers these days thanks to their elegant surfaces.

The company topped up the total sum to a round number with a donation of € 3040.

Focus on heat pump technology: efficient solutions for various requirements

The new Building Energy Act is keeping both building owners and modernisers busy: From 2024, with a few exceptions, 65 % of all newly installed heating systems must be powered by renewable energy. Resource-saving heat pumps in particular play their trump card here: They utilise the free environmental energy available to generate heat and are suitable as a climate-friendly heating solution for new builds and retrofits. Kermi offers a wide range of innovative technology for this – based on over 60 years of experience in heating technology as its own development and production expertise.

Kermi heat pumps as a cascade: a strong team for greater heat output

SPECIALIST PRESS RELEASE – heat pump in larger buildings? If higher heat output is required, up to three Kermi x-change dynamic pro heat pumps operated in parallel can be connected together in a cascade. They work particularly quietly and, thanks to intelligent control technology, are precisely synchronised – always in the optimum efficiency range. Compared to a large individual heat generator, the cascade solution is also beneficial with its optimised output adjustment and reliability.
